Keppochan Decorated Boulder
Cup Marks
This large flattish boulder lies at a high-point of a ridge on the south shore of Loch Awe.
There are over twenty cup marks - some quite large and deep - on the top surface of the boulder, nine of which mark a fairly straight line across the middle. The boulder itself is about 8 feet across at its widest dimension.
The location gives clear views over much of the surrounding countryside at the northeastern end of the loch.
